The City of Northville is a quaint Victorian inspired town situated in the “golden corridor” of Western Wayne County Michigan. The city is only 2.2 square miles and actually sits equally between two counties, Wayne and Oakland. In 2006 the city started a major facelift to bring an updated urban feel with coffee shops, art galleries and the opening of a new theater; The Turning Point. The new town square stretches right through Main Street. Another great attraction to the city is the newly renovated Northville Square. This is a 65,000 square foot indoor climate controlled atrium style retail, restaurant and office park with a hip look and the specialty stores to entice any shopper. As you leave the downtown you will find beautiful historic homes with tons of character and charm. You will even come across our very own Parmenter’s Cider mill, a community staple every fall since 1873. Northville is an incredibly sought after community in the area.

Northville Township envelops the city to the south with 16 square miles and gives a much more updated appeal. Huge homes and commerce have been recently built. The Northville Trails subdivision sits in the south east section of the township near Six Mile and Haggerty. This area boasts just about every great restaurant you could want as well as upscale stores. A new beautiful town hall building and fire station was recently built in the township to serve the booming development.

Nestled back off the main road Northville Trails subdivision consists of 88 homes custom homes built. The original builders sold to a waiting list crowd in 1992. Even today, great resale is enjoyed by the homeowners. Strong family values, pride of ownership and warm friendly people looking out for their neighbors are still excellent traits enjoyed by the residents of this great subdivision.
